Man City didn’t really miss him when he wasn’t playing last season and it’s not likely he’s going to get any more reliable but Guardiola, Haaland and Foden leaving would make a lot more difference.
Tbh, I think he was pivotal in their title win. Remember that cameo against Newcastle? That game changed the course of their season for me.
18 games played in the league, majority of the he didn’t play the full game yet registered he 14 G/As.

That Newcastle comeback cost us the title as well.
He’s not lost any quality just legs, as I said before prefer him taking up a squad space and contributing every few games than them getting 50m for a guy on his way out.

Did you watch the fa cup final? We could see that de bruyne more often than not next season and maybe some more injuries popping up.
They don’t regularly miss, they will still have to buy a nunes next season when he leaves for free 
I’m not going to judge him off a single game. Statistically this is his best season in the creative department. So although he may have lost something in terms of general play, he’s still consistently able to leave his mark on a game.
It’s like how Wenger treated Bergkamp when he turned 30. Give him 60 minutes to cook, but always knew his legs couldn’t complete a full 90, so spared him after the hour.
Was just an example, he’s been the same in a fair few games towards the end.
I think he’ll be more of a hinderance overall than positive next season, doesn’t mean he won’t supply some goals and assists but we will see. Also depends how much they actually offer, 50m was a random rumour and seems high even for KDB.
Shame saudi weren’t there to take Auba or Sokratis when we needed though.
He’s clearly losing his legs but playing against him is still terrifying tbh. Feels like he can whip in a deadly ball at any point and with the quality around him, that’s still a huge benefit.

Fuck this cunt. He’s got that intimidation / fear factor. Teams mentally switch off 10% when they see him in the lineup.
Such a fucking brilliant player still and turns matches with moments of brilliance. He’s also a key leader in that squad with incredible experience and tough mentality.
He wins them 5-10 points next season even if he only starts half the games.
