I know the Barclays term has been trending recently but you can’t throw that term anywhere and at anyone. Especially Kai. 
I wouldn’t say he was unreal but he was certainly a key cog in whatever we tried to do going forward.
Almost scored too, that’s one thing I love about him, he gives us an option to nab a goal from a cross when we aren’t able to break through elsewhere.

He could be one of, if not Arteta’s best signing he’s made at arsenal.
It’s one game obviously however, I wonder how the team dynamic would change if Øde was fit and Havertz wasn’t? He offers so much more that labelling him a forward doesn’t do him justice. The perfect Arteta player.

The fact it makes Chelsea look like mugs for giving him up just makes it sweeter. Especially after they mostly celebrated the transfer.
He’s such a complete player with superb aerial ability but his football brain is his best quality imo. It took him some time to settle into what Mikel wanted from him, but everything is just clicking for him now.
He is in our strongest XI no doubt. Triffic.

Said it in the matchday thread a few days before the game as well and will say it again. Only thing I’m concerned lately is Havertz needs to start up top. He’s so vital to the way we play.

Once Merino comes back we’ll hopefully not see him wasted in midfield again.
Arteta couldn’t dream a better fit for him.
Absolutely love his nastiness in these games, he knows exactly how to play dirty when needed.
