Salah and Firmino will need replacing soon and they’ve clearly missed Mane so Klopp is going to need top quality attacking players like Felix to rebuild the team.
Pre Gakpo, I’d have agreed. Salah has recently signed a new deal and Diaz, Jota and Nunez are young international (starting) forwards. They have five fully fledged international strikers all bar Salah with their best years in front of them. Liverpool is a very unlikely destination for Felix.

That would be a pretty strange move for any of the buying clubs on a six month loan deal with no option to buy or even an option to match.
This still feels very much like Felix’s reps trying to create a market for a guy while Atleti are setting some pretty unappealing terms.
