January Transfer window thread

Benzema maybe WAS underrated, like a couple years ago (I think he was rated tbh back then) but he isn’t rated anymore because he is shit.

I mean maybe it’s just me but I’d like a striker to be good at scoring goals first and foremost then everything else is secondary. His link up play isn’t even that good anymore.

Ronaldo’s recent struggles can also be partly explained by Benz’s shit form.

I don’t know what Bebzema’s wages are, but they are going to be a lot more than almost any player we have.

What would be the point of buying a player who is past his best, who’s recent form isn’t great, and who isn’t better than what we have and who isn’t better than Aubameyang, who actually wants to play for us.

Also, going from Real Madrid and playing alongside Ronaldo, Kroos, Modric, Isco and Bale competing for the La Liga and CL every season, to a club where the domestic cup competitions is more their style, is a bit of a come down.

He will just be coming here to get on the Wenger gravy train and collect a pile of money.
No thanks, just concentrate on getting Aubameyang.

He is a racist but a dumb harmless racist, while Benzema is involved in sexual activity with a minor & assisting in blackmail of his own teammate.

I know whose company I would rather tolerate, if there is ever a choice to make.

“If there’s something good for me, maybe a league change, or a club with a larger structure, with bigger pretensions, I’d see it well.” My story at Monaco was good, I managed to win a title so I think my cycle here may be ending. I know the vision of the club is to try to stay in second place and win a spot in the Champions League and not hire name players, but some younger to pitch in football. I believe I went through this project, I arrived unknown, I made my name at the club, I conquered things, so maybe I need something new to have new challenges

I said this could be my last season at Monaco. It’s five years of a beautiful story. I’m not sure yet if it’s really going to be the end, but I’ll do my best until the last day I’m here. Today is not the best time to talk about clubs. In the last window of transfers I was close to leaving, but it did not materialize. I tried to put my head in place as quickly as possible, because I knew that to achieve the goals had to have a good season. In addition, I have to highlight so that the teams that have had interest in the last market have again. But I’m focused on Monaco and the future we’ll see. It would be harmful for me to start thinking about a transfer already

Most likely not a realistic option but he’s the only player we should be looking at signing in the Monaco XI at the moment.

Absolutely no chance of us signing him. It is simply too logical a transfer.

Been running Auba in my FUT since forever Alongside Prime Henry, and in form Origi. Beast on the game, sold a week or so back in anticipation of his arsenal card being released.

Don’t have Mikhi on any of my teams to short and not physical enough for my style of game play!

LIVERPOOL MOVE FOR GK?

Roma have rejected a first offer from Liverpool for Brazil goalkeeper Alisson Becker, reports Il Tempo.

Reds boss Jurgen Klopp is reportedly seeking a new goalkeeper to usurp his current pair of Simon Mignolet and Loris Karius and Alisson, 25, has been linked with the Anfield side.

However, according to Il Tempo, Liverpool have failed with their initial bid for the Brazilian.

Would be a good signing for them

The Swansea midfielder is in Spain ahead of a potential medical as the clubs finalise the details.

England didn’t quite work out for him, unfortunately.
