The chances he(a CB) is getting is at LB which is not even a traditional left back role.
It’s unfair to expect him to really do well at LB.

He’s a defensive midfielder by trait, that role should fit him just fine, similar to Tomiyasu.
Mind you, I’ve picked a wrong game to criticize hin today because the rest of the team were quite awful.
I find it funny we loaned out Tierney to play a CB at LB

He’s been bad every time he’s played leftback but I don’t think he’s looked any good playing centerback either.
Maybe he’s an option for defensive midfielder but if someone in Serie A wants to toss some cash at us (lol yeah right) I wouldn’t lose sleep over him leaving.
My biggest pet peeve with him is the way he goes into duels.
I feel it’s half-assed.
Happened in his first match when he ducked for a corner and then happened again later on in the league, I think he was stepped on and he just went to the ground waiting for a foul and we conceded.
You really need to be aggressive to play in this team.
Tbh if we can make a profit then do it and move on.

I hope I’m not alone in thinking it’s way too unfair to be writing him off so easily and soon.
The guy has come into the team in unfortunate circumstances in lack of play time and being stuck into an unnatural position.
We’ve seen players like Ake and to an extent Ben White+Tomiyasu do the same. A positional transition doesn’t happen overnight.
If we get a good offer for him I won’t be too sore but I’d like to think there’s more to him simply being an outright bust.

He’s young but he’s never gonna play bar a freak injury so he won’t improve enough either. Apart from getting paid, it’s a awkward situation.
I think a veteran CB would be more suited for his role in the squad.
I like Kiwior but the standard is so high now. White, Timber and even Tomi are great back up options and Walters looks talented.
Best to move him on in the sunmer if a suitable bid comes in. Kiwior is clearly not a good option at full back which works against him.
