I think Grealish is going to one of the best players next season in the PL.
It’s true that 100m is a ridiculous fee but it’s still way better value than what we paid for Pepe.

My comments are in the context of 100m and his season at City as a whole. Think his stats on goals and assists are probably below what you’d expect at that price in that team.
At 50m you’d say he’s good but at 100m he’s been underwhelming.

Not a 100m player at all. All he has done for City is hug the flank and play 5 yard passes inside or to an overlapping fullback. You don’t need a 100m player to do this.
Put it on a team team that really utilize him and unleash him, he worth that kind of money.
If the team only use him as a spare, and rotation, a role player, that he does not worth it.
His talent is definitely there.
