Huh? How was he going to replace Aouar if he was leaving Hertha Berlin?
The idea initially was for Aouar to leave and Jeff to get his minutes. Still, Jeff wasn’t happy about it because he was promised more game time when he joined regardless of players(Aouar/Depay) leaving.
I think they came to terms that since Depay and Jeff were leaving, they could’ve stuck with Aouar for another season.
Now everything has gone to tits and they’re stuck with all of them.
