Granit Xhaka

If he actually learned from it, then yeah it might do. But the kind of stupidity he showed last night is so deeply ingrained that we know it’ll rear its head again every ten to fifteen games, so it really doesn’t matter what he says at this stage.

I will honestly celebrate the day he’s no longer employed by Arsenal Football Club, it’s just a farce that that day has not already been and gone.

Somebody fucking joked about it but we’re playing Burnley soon. Xhaka loves fucking against them too. Can’t fucking win ffs.

Well he made sure he doesn’t fuck against them

It’s a one game ban. He should be back by then.

The problem is that he is a highly paid player that no club is going to touch with a barge pole.

Any potential buyers watching a You Tube compilation of Xhaka will just see a very limited midfielder, acting like a lunatic, flying into tackles and regularly getting sent off.
He spends more time walking back to the dressing room than he does playing in most games.

But in his favour, he is a record breaker.
There won’t be many players that will beat his records for getting red cards, losing points for his club and having the lowest IQ of any footballer in Europe.

It was a straight red. That’s a three match suspension.

If a player is sent off for a professional foul they are handed a one-match ban.
It can only be a three match ban if it was violent conduct.
I wouldn’t put it last them if they do that to us though.

Its a two game ban as he’s already been sent off this season was said on the tv

So he’ll be back for the Burnley unless the Spurs match is postponed?

It wasn’t a red. Xhaka has eyes on the ball and barely touches Jota.

Jota still had to pluck the ball out of the sky whilst Ramsdale and Gabreil were in close poximity to cover. Hardly a 1v1 through on goal situation. Yellow card all day.

I mean I’d argue that’s a pretty dangerous tackle. Eyes on the ball or not he’s completely lifted his feet off the ground lol

And the fact he’s not even aware of his close Jota is to him says to me it wasn’t only dangerous it was totally brainless.

I’d back Jota to get a shot on target from that pass and I think it’s clear as day a red card offence. He’s prevented a goalscoring opportunity and done so in a way that was brainless and dangerous.

That’s a red card if it happened in the middle of the pitch with no real goal scoring threat, that move is closer to UFC then it is to football

I’m telling you if that happened at the other end it would have been a yellow and VAR would have probably watched it about 50 times and agreed with the yellow.

Oliver is a cunt that reminds me of Randall from Recess.

Yeah

I think Xhaka knew Jota was there and the high foot could be deemed to be reckless.

Didn’t the prick give a yellow to Leicester earlier in the season when we played them for a similar incident?

Did we lose those other games?

Beat Swansea 3-2
Lost to Burnley 1-0
Beat Burnley 2-1 thanks to a 97th minute pen
