He played a ball square but Xhaka let Bowen run off him iirc. Not great.
Putting the couple of silly mistakes aside that you always get with xhaka I thought he played alright.
He was trash to be honest.
He not only gave the ball away a lot (and made some serious errors) - but it’s the fact that if he receives the ball to his feet (with his back to the goal) he will never ever turn and make a progressive forward pass.
Swap in Sambi with Xhaka, and this lineup is our best no doubt.

Still our worst player yesterday.
It’s great that his ball recovery is so high but don’t list how many times he gave the ball away.
