God dammit Marti
He was never gonna join them in a World Cup season.
I think the most realistic move for him if he were to go this summer is Bayern.
Surprised thereās been no mention of Barca considering their hunt for a LW
There have been some vague rumours but I think heād be too expensive for them.
I think if all fails Barca will just settle for Rashford.
I feel Martinelli will get to be a starter at Bayern which changes things.
I think a smarter approach would be to get Eze in and see how Martinelli does for a few months, admittedly Iām in the minority on here who doesnāt think heās finished with us yet.
By then Rodrygo will be totally fucked-off with being on the bench and we could get him for significantly less than Real will demand at the moment.
Yeah, I think Eze coming in doesnāt kill Martinelli.
With the likelihood that weāre bringing 3 forwards this summer, I think any scenario that involves Rodrygo coming means Martinelli goes.
Eh?

Thought he was off to Barca?
Bayern aināt getting Diaz, and I neither do Barca I think.
Will be way too expensive for either of them.
Iām not sure thatās true tbh, not criticising the comment just I do think most people are willing to have martinelli as the backup without a problem.
A big bid and it would make sense to sell but both views can be true and held at the same time.
Totally agree, heās a superb bench/rotation option, which is why I would prefer to keep him. However, if selling him gets us Rodrygo, then I donāt think thereās a decision to make there.
Farm life is very appealing to some.
Guyās won the league after having his father kidnapped. Think he just wants the easy life now. Bayernliga here we land.
Germany is a fantastic place to live and work.
Bayern Munich is still one of the five greatest current clubs in Europe. That is a reason for players to move. Not to play in a competitive League. Otherwise Spurs would have had a lot more stars.
Diaz probably wants a new contract. Heās on an undermarket deal at Liverpool and if he just runs it down then heāll be a 30 year old winger whose best quality is pace. This is the time to lock in a 4-5 year deal at better money and Liverpool donāt seem willing to go there.
I just hope that Liverpool donāt rival us for Rodrygo if they sell Diaz. Sort of hard to see them buying Wirtz, an expensive striker, and Rodrygo all in one summer but you never know.
If Liverpool get Wirtz and Rodrygo who will be the two best players to move this summer itāll be so deflating.
I think the only club thatās gonna pay Liverpool what they want for him is a PIF owned one.
Bayern enquired before and it led nowhere. Barca did too and that was the same.
People forget that heās a key player for Slot. This is not the same as Nunez.
Now thatās the old depressing Aussie we all know and love.
Heās on peanuts at Liverpool. A move makes sense.
