Freddie Ljungberg

I think Xhaka should start

Explain yourself sir! Explain this heresy

As shit as he is, he brings a certain balance to the shitty midfield, which is slightly shitter without him.

I could be wrong. But with all that’s been going on I’d just start him and don’t change the lineup too much.

Xhaka can only start if Lumberg plays Torreira as a cdm who just cleans up after Xhaka and shields the defence

Keep them fit and ticking over Freddie but lets get this sorted out soon as. Theres nothing to see we just need a new manager.
Some good things and bad things, but its bottom three Norwich. Just get us a manager in.

Two days to prepare and gooners lit up the torches ffs.

Man this is such bullshit.

We’re talking about in game decisions

TBF there was an out pouring of over expectation yesterday because of an interview and a few photos.

he has had 1 fucking match at head coach and your bitching about decisions if it is 10 games and thing are the same then you may have a point but maybe he felt said players would be worth trying having faith in because they are senior players etc you giving him shit after 1 goddamn match fucks sakes

Wasn’t a fan of his team selection, the Saka over Pepe thing, if that was Emery he be slaughtered now. Defensively and Midfield we’re a shambles. One good thing he has Auba and Laca playing again and not down tools. He needs to make tough decisions cause we’re not a good side at all outside our two top forwards.

Well theres not many worse you can choose from.

Your whole back Arsenal shtick is honestly nauseating

You make no sense, I’m taking one game in isolation. One game.

Most important thing though, we tried to win by attacking a lot, that’s a sight for sore eyes no matter what.

I don’t mind him trying out some players as his first assessment of the squad, he’s been in charge for a couple of days so we need to chill a bit I think most fans agrees on.

But now I want him to see that Xhaka and Mustafi are their usual selves, Willock and Saka aren’t fully there yet, you might want to consider Tierney over Kolasinac for example, we desperately need Gonzo to play because we are absolutely hollow without him, prioritise Pepe and Martinelli for attacking options etc.

I also think a Ljungberg midfield operates very differently from Emery’s so there’s still a good chance it’s just all the changes in such a short time that made it look as flimsy, plenty of the defensive threats came from poor midfield control, partly because it was a 2-man midfield and Willock didn’t get many things right in defence, Xhaka is Xhaka and Ɩzil is probably not supposed to track back as much as an oldschool #10, so we lost plenty of control and when Gonzo went off it just flooded. Team news says Ceballos expected to be back in full training on Dec 15 (Hamstring), maybe that will help.

That’s funny though. :joy:
