After a while I figured it would go all the way back to England in '66, never would have got the Czechs in 1962 though!

Last one was a total guess. I wasnā€™t sure if it was 58 or 62 but I just know that Czechs made the final in one of those years.

Googled it and Sweden is 58 and Czech is 62
