Came here to pay homage to Paul Taylor. I’m currently in the Vanarama National with Chester. Signed him on a free and he has 5 pace and 6 stamina. I’ve never seen anyone have a better collection of goals and I watch this shit on 2D.

I knocked out Southampton and West Ham playing as Plymouth, but then got spanked by Chelsea. Wasn’t even an away match so didn’t get the big gate receipts

Been playing FM24 since last week.
The new Champions League set-up (starting 24/25) is something else 
8 games instead of 6. 2 of those being played end of January. One big fucking table, hoping to finish in the top 8.
Managed to finish 8th on my first attempt 
Beating Bayern 2-3 at the Allianz made the difference, very fortunate win.

I bloody hate the new ECL format. The draw for the group section just seems to happen without any explanation of how it was reached so you can end-up playing as many as 3 really big clubs before the knockout phases.
UEFA have definitely tilted the odds further in favour of the big clubs. Which shouldn’t be a surprise I guess.

I actually like the new format for europe get a lot more time between fixtures only negative is you have to play team from ur own country in early fixturees rathen then till the knockout fixtures

I’d shown the fuckers away from the top table by adding a minus symbol to their bank balance in the Editor before I’d even sorted out my first transfer. They may get away with it in the real world but not on my watch.
