Think questions need to be asked about Ancelotti. Even Big Sam got Everton to 8th. A 10th place finish with a minus goal difference is poor. Maybe Everton are just destined to be mediocre forever.

Ten points more than last season. Think that’s just standard Everton excusing. Just about as bland a club as you can get.
Maybe the stadium when it comes gives them a chance to reinvent themselves because this parochial people’s club nonsense is just exhausted to death.

Well he will obviously milk his career before doing this.
And why does FA care if he cuts off his dick, it will take quite some time for his physiology to change.
If there were questions to be asked of any manager’s capabilities, Ancelotti would be way down on most peoples list.
He did get them their highest points total for several seasons and there is only so much anyone can do at a club like Everton, with the squad they have.
They could do as much as West Ham and a poor Arsenal or Spurs.
They fell off a cliff since Christmas and a minus goal difference.
There is no excuse for having a negative goal difference with that squad though. They have some talented players there. He should have got a bit more out of them. I’m not suggesting that he should be sacked, just that he needs to shoulder some of the blame for their drop off.

I think some criticism is deserved, the second half of the season from these guys has been shocking:
Matchweek 18 they were tied for 3rd with City and Leicester, one point behind 2nd. Then Everton did Everton things.

They haven’t got the players for a top six finish and their best midfielders like James and Dacoure have hardly played in the second half of the season.
They have very few decent defenders and one good striker.
When Siggurdson is your best midfielder, you know you have an average team.
