Euro 2020

Denmark got a good write up in the world soccer Euro 2020 preview. Seems like they are the outsiders bet to do well @Cristo

Nah. I have them finishing second in the group and playing Italy in next round. Think Italy will be a bit too much for them.

Have you got a link to it?

Edit: never mind, just realised it’s a magazine @Calum would you be able to take a cheeky pic of the article on your phone?

None of the shops near me carry football mags haha

Help me do my work sweepstake, please

None of my local shops stock it either.

I’m reading the e-magazine version on my phone so can’t take screenshots as its like a book haha.

If you download Zinio you can buy it for £4.99 its a really good guide tbh. Very detailed on each team. Worth the fiver imo :joy:

Right but if you had a second phone you could take a picture of the screen.

Oh ok. I have a Readly subscription with hundreds of mags on and you can choose how you read them. Either like I posted or a phone view like you posted.

Haven’t actually read World Soccer’s preview, forgot I had access to it. Will read it later. I’m going to be an expert on all these random shit players by next week

Can’t wait to watch football on tv everyday haha

Don’t even give a fuck if it’s Finland vs Hungary, I’ll be watching.

Same. I’ve got a wall chart up. Advent calendars and tournament wall charts – things I’ll never grow out off.

That’s a decent first XI Denmark have there :santi:

Yeah it’s actually a really strong defence and midfield, it’s just our attack that lets us down a bit.

We don’t have a nailed starter for striker or wingers for our attack as most of our forwards are still relatively young players with great potential but who just aren’t quite there yet. We really need someone like Wind, Dolberg or Skov Olsen to have a ā€œspecialā€ tournament really, otherwise our attack might be a bit toothless.

The only nailed starter up front we have is Poulsen from RB Leipzig (club legend there) and he does get the occasional goal but he’s in that Welbeck mould where he has great stamina, does a lot of defensive work and running etc. We usually stick him on the right wing to help shore up the flank in games against big teams.
