Given that Irelands greatest moment on the world stage came about because of that rule I respectfully disagree.

Wasn’t Robert Sanchez 3rd or 4th choice at the start of the season for Brighton? Talk about growth.

They often have slow starts to tournaments. Can’t afford to this time, being in a group with France and Germany. Should be interesting.

If this was 1990 you had identical record as the Dutch.
This makes it joint second and you won the lots draw.

England are quite obviously going to win. This is our year.

It’s a wonder we don’t have a England fan tv set up.
Could get Danny Dyer to present it. Can only imagine the lengths of embarrassing clowns we could get for that around the fan parks.

Gut feel and don’t ask me why as Southgate is manager but I’ve gone with England to win.

England have gone to tournaments with supposedly talented squads before. What’s more significant this time is the state of the rest of them. When I saw the Spain and Germany squads I was rather underwhelmed.

Basically what I’m saying is it’s coming home.

If I had a gut feeling like that I’d seek medical assistance.

Don’t worry, watch Switzerland or something knock us out of the competition. :joy:
