Hmmm, I wonder if the play here is to stick with Partey and Jorginho as backup for Rice and then slowly integrate Nwaneri and MLS into the team.
I’m.not particularly feeling Lavia for £50m, especially with competition now from Liverpool, Man Utd, Chelsea, etc.
Kid is class
Physically he looks well ahead of his years and more than ready to do battle with the senior players.
He tries that in a PL game and he’ll be obliterated 
This kid is giving me Fabregas vibes. Can easily see him getting into the first team within a year or less.
One or two injuries away to having this kid start league games for us. I think he’d be immense.
First I’ve seen of him. He does have some tools, good luck to the lad.
Hopefully he’s good enough to, Fabregas almost had an open slot and was a generational player. Nwaneri looked good as soon as he got that brief sub app against Brentford (I think it was) and was wanting him to get some 10-15 min cameos towards the end of the season but it’s hard to displace our front line.
Be nice if we get to see more of him this season as there were already murmurs of him moving on. Early days of course but would like to see what he’s got here, not elsewhere. Plenty of young players have that initial flash but don’t make it, want him to become our next Saka.

Yups! If we’re able to produce at least 1 superstar at Saka/Fabregas level every 3 years, that’d be amazing. Unrealistic from my part, but could be doable, as our academy has been going bits these past few years.
Even if we produce a talent we can sell for big money every now and again, that would be enough for me. Help us financially and also to keep the squad fresh with new signings etc
