Fuck the season, I hope Nwaneri isn’t another of those youngsters whose body can’t handle the premier league.
And yeah, when it comes to Arsenal this season just keeps giving and giving.

Did I miss someone?
Sterling & Havertz are back pretty quick so didn’t include them
Tierney was out for months
Calafiori has missed 11 games this season due to injury too.
I haven’t been able to run in 4 weeks either. Not sure if that counts.

Fuck this season.
We’ve been going into recent games with Tierney, Zinchenko, Calafiori and Kiwior on the bench. 4 left backs whilst an 18 year old midfielder starts at left back.
There are so many questions.
How long is this kid out for?
Awful news today but equally pissed off how many people jumped on Arteta for subbing him off yesterday without knowing the reason.
Our luck surely has to change soon doesn’t it?
The football gods are not on our side in the slightest.
It’s a miracle we’re even second tbf, judging by some of the decisions + injuries we’ve had.
Which maybe should give us hope that we can still win it. I think January transfer window is now essential. We have to sign a quality attacking player.
Honestly the way I saw him play before the injury convinced me he can be a real factor for us this season. Excited to see him back
Yep me too! We just need to enjoy what he can offer without the pressure of expectation that he will deliver for us…we can’t pin our hopes of a PL title on him in absence of Saka. That would be unfair.
Changed your mind quickly this time bruh
Ah nevermind was skelly you weren’t big on wasn’t it.
Haha yeah with Nwaneri I just didn’t think we needed to push him too quickly and that he won’t impact games much yet. His talent isn’t really in doubt it’s just how much he can help us now.
With MLS I just don’t see anything special.
if you were to put a ceiling on his development, what type of players career are you seeing for MLS?
Really? The guy has broken into the first team and is playing on merit over more established options at LB. Not sure what more the kid has to do atm.
Looks a decent player and I’m happy he’s been able to contribute but I don’t see him as any more talented than say a Maitland-Niles (who btw has done a good job building himself up at Lyon).
@The_Invincibles I don’t think that’s an accurate reflection of what’s happened. Arteta spoke about managing Calafiori minutes and then put him back in the team and now he’s injured again. But if he was fully fit, MLS would be back on the bench.
A fully fit defence has Timber and Calafiori as the two starting left back options. MLS isn’t on either of those guys level he’s just a good reliable body who’s plugged the gap for the time being.
Definitely seem drop in quality over the last few games too.
The best form we had this season is when we had a fit Calafiori playing left back and Timber/White on the right.
