Fantasy Football managers everywhere going into meltdown.
Haalandâs the type of player that wonât miss many games. Is it confirmed that heâs had a bad injury?
This is definitely an âinjuryâ and not an injury. A dead rubber last group game for Norway. Pep has had a word
He actually got injured quite a bit at Dortmund.
Hope we can get a repeat of that again.
Hope so, then just need Liverpool to have a couple of their 46 forwards to miss some time too.
Theyâll cope just fine like they have without kdb all season anyway.
Thatâs the worrying thing, they donât seem to suffer even when they get injuries because itâs such a stacked squad.
yeah they will just bung on Alverez and be just fine.
It sounds like he didnât even come off so seems like clickbait more than anything.
You just hope the fucker will break down and thereâs a supply chain issue on parts, motherboards, etc.
I donât know about long term, but certainly short term. City donât have a fixture in gameweek 18. Haaland could feasibly be out until gameweek 19
Tbf this could easily have happened in 2022 also.
I know itâs an old take but City do play much better football without him, donât they?
Now before I get killed for this, beautiful doesnât mean efficient(as proven last season).
Theyâre clearly way more efficient with him in the side but âjoga bonitoâ wise City just play better when their forwards are allowed to interchange positions and they can combine with 1-2s rather than trying to find Erling for 90 minutes.
I think Pep has accepted the trade off given Haaland helped drag them to a treble and through barriers they kept crashing into before.
Style wise, definitely better without him.
With Haaland today they would have played way worse but thereâs a good chance the game wouldâve been over after an hour into it.
