Season long loan first before we get the £25m? Does this fee count towards our FFP immediately, or only a year later? Sounds similar to the Raya deal with Brentford.
Depends if the payment happens before or after July of 2025.
Long as it’s banked I don’t think we really care. They did the same for hojbjerg in the end so thought we might get the same deal.
Hope a small sell on is still included but just get the deal done. Worst case we have to do another raya style deal as well.
We will buy 3 Declans Rices next summer when all the buy obligations kicks in.
