Losing him on a free is totally Arsenal
Brighton or Palace were the most obvious ones.
In hindsight, he did well not signing for Palace considering Benteke is still favoured there.
There’s a German team(Leverkusen I think?) that’s been keen for him for a while, at least that’s what Fabrizio has been saying for a while. Reckon he goes there if we let his contract expire.
He’s gonna bag lots of goals there and then get licked up by Newcastle in 2-3 years.

I can tell by his eyes Ainsley must’ve been hanging about in the dressing room. Thought he wasn’t in the stadium today.

The problem is that he is not really top PL quality, he undeniably has an instinct for scoring, but too many other deficiencies in his game. I rate him similar to Willock in quality - will definitely have his moments but overall not quite good enough for the Arsenal

He should do the smart thing here. Leave for free, collect a heavy signing on fee and thereby be set for life.
