Brits are generally pretty poor at speaking other languages, and don’t necessarily have the same incentive to do so, given how much of the rest of the world speaks English. Just taking England there is a plethora of accents across the country, and I can reliably say that we all make fun of each other.
Fabrizio saying Hugo Ekitike is funny, just as Steve McLaren speaking with a dutch accent was also funny back in the day.

Purely an online perception but I’ve seen a lot of Palace fans say if he were to come here, he’d mainly be a rotational player and not a starter.

Ability wise, he’d be right up there with anything we have to be honest. Good enough to start but will rotate. Essentially what Grealish was at City. I don’t even think he lacks consistency, just Palace aren’t that good. He’s doing a lot of heavy lifting. Always rated him above Olise.
