That’s brilliant. Who knows how intentional it was but that was a much tougher needle to thread than it first appeared live, needing to get it around that defender but also swerve it enough to make sure Sanchez couldn’t get a hand.

Hard to say that any individual player is worth over 100m but this guy has been basically exactly as advertised.

Yeah, I think most agree he was actually bad. But the goal was crucial and very well taken, it changed the course of the game really.
