In his first season Sancho is no sure thing in terms of matching those Pool guys and Cavani and Ronaldo may not even play together regularly
Ronaldo and Bruno will demand to play every match and Ole will continue to play two defensive CMs since none of his front four will do any defending. That leaves the following for two spots:

Cavani
Martial
Rashford
Pogba
Greenwood
That is an insanely deep group but also a recipe for lots of unhappiness. Also just a super unbalanced team, all star attack, midtable midfield and RB.

It’s not just off the Euros, it’s looking at the kind of player Bruno is because when he can’t have the free role and essentially do what he wants he struggles to be someone who has to do the other side playing deeper.

The only reason United seems to be doing this deal is because of pressure from fans and club legends. There is no way City cannot find an agreement for fucking Ronaldo when they were willing to pay 150m Euros for Kane. Seems to be something more than just difficulty on an agreement.
