Cristiano Ronaldo

Who’s capable of hitting big numbers in Juve’s team that Ronaldo is taking goals from?

By nature these guys score the lion share of the goals, sure Ronaldo will do that but it isn’t like Juve have hitters that are expected to chip in with substantial goals. At Real both Benzema and Bale ate to a degree

I think this thing with Sterling has been coming, doesn’t seem like they’ll be extending the contract so they’d have to cash in before he goes into his final year.

Pretty much. Sterling is Man City’s first choice CF.

You right . I would rather have Pepe cut inside. Then Ronaldo who actually moves off the ball and is the best player in the air and the best box finisher ever.

???

Huh

Sorry bro . I don’t even know I got a Pepe dig in my post. Guess the Pepe thread triggered me. You can’t tell me Ronaldo wouldn’t be a more valuable member of the squad and he will only be on 250k per week

Do u have data to back that up? Genuinely curious.

Y ah I’m struggling with this argument as well. Also hard to prove with stats bc you need baseline and that has a lot of noise unless player is consistently playing only half games or something.

Real literally lost 30 goals when he left in their league campaign

Nah, I can genuinely see Ronaldo doing the “Sorry” celebration, acting completely oblivious to the situation.

Personally looking forward to seeing Ronaldo back in the PL, would of been nice if we had of seen Messi here as well. The competition should make for some excellent viewing, seeing as we ain’t challenging for shit anyway.

Still think he’ll add that dimension to City that will help them score goals out of nothing, which on rare occasions they lack.

How many times have they dragged the ball into the perfect space in the box only for it to have no one to actually put it in?

If it actually goes well(no drama or injuries) Ronaldo will bang goals for fun.

Have to imagine Ronaldo will give them a nice aerial presence as well up front.

Given that Ronaldo has been on loan from Man United for 12 years, I can’t see them selling to their city rivals :smirk:

Imagine if Sterling fucks this whole thing up by saying he isn’t leaving.

What’s the market for Sterling?
