In Sweden it’s business as usual. No masks, crowded stores and events, no social distancing. People just don’t seem to care anymore. Idiots.

Honestly same here, went Waitrose this morning, forgot that we was meant to be wearing a mask again, but also didn’t see anyone wearing one either apart from a cashier.
At this point no one cares anymore, I swear it’s just on Twitter, Reddit and stuff we’re people care about this.
Not until Tuesday.
Yeah thought it was a bit strange no one was wearing them. To be fair even before when we was meant to be still lots of people weren’t.
Yeah and even come Tuesday, I won’t be surprised to still see lots of maskless people.
On public transport they still have posters up and messages over the tannoy saying all passengers need to wear a mask. I was on the train on Friday and I reckon it was only about 10/15% of people actually wearing one.

I think it’s just really easy to forget as well as people not caring as much. I wonder what the next few weeks will be like but I agree with you and think it will still be a small amount of people who go places masked.
I’d say the majority of people still wear them here as the law was never taken away when the restrictions were lifted. England truly fucked it removing them in the first place imo. As now people can’t be arsed to go back doing it haha
Complete opposite here. I’d say basically everybody is wearing masks in shops and on public transport.

Yeah I can’t say its 100 percent but its at least 80 percent here.
Do Ireland still have social distancing etc? Or you got rid of everything but masks like here
I’m honestly not sure if it’s still official policy or not but most restaurants/pubs I’ve been in have tables blocked off and if you go to the toilet every other urinal is blocked etc.

Pretty much everyone here is masked going into shops, LRT, public places. Gotta remember this fucking virus is working 24/7.
I don’t get it the government already stipulated wearing masks doesn’t do anything, I wonder why they’ve gone and mandate it again.
I guess it’s just a visual median to say to get people to comply, because they know a lockdown wouldn’t work.

Think I may be warming to Sajid Javid. Good interview this morning and answered the questions without waffle although will have to see if he can fix our broken health system.

I know you’re right but I’m going to hope he can see off Corona this winter and then solve some of the fundamental problems in the health system. To be fair his predecessors set the bar pretty low.
