Chelsea

Who would be #3 then?
Gallas may have contributed more on pitch but he made some good amount of damage on non-tangible aspects.

Cech

Yeah, I think Cech and Gallas should be above him. Maybe even Luiz.

Except for Jorginho all trojan horses.

It’s a very low bar when looking at the signings we’ve made from Chelsea but Gallas was part of the deal that saw Cole go the other way and Cech was way past his best and was the only transfer in a window that we were promised super quality players.

So most of our supporters aren’t that happy seeing us make panic buys like these for mercenary players that didn’t look like they wanted to be here.
The obsession of overpaying Chelsea for highly paid, under performers they don’t want, is bizarre..

Fuck Chelsea.

Mulling over these failures is like facing up to past trauma. Like some weird-ass treatment for PTSD.

As the above said: ā€œfuck chelsea.ā€

Can one of you trader/city type chaps on here explain how this can possibly be beneficial for a private equity company to be continually pumping their own cash in like this?

It’s like when you put your shitty keks in the washing machine, add detergent and turn the dial to nuclear mode. Couple of hours later, they come out clean.

Was thinking earlier, near enough every club in the league must have an ex Chelsea player in their squad now. It’s actually ridiculous.

Off the top of my head:

Us - Havertz etc

Liverpool - Salah

City - Kovacic

Utd - Mount

Tottenham - Solanke

Newcastle - Hall

Burnley - Broja

Everton - Dewsbury Hall

West Ham - Zouma

Bournemouth - Petrovic

Villa - Maatsen

Sunderland - Guiu

Leeds - Bamford

Brighton - Lamptey

Brentford - ???

Fulham - ???

Wolves - ???

Notts Forest - Aina

Palace - Guehi

Newcastle’s Livramento too

There’s probably a few teams with more than one :pires2:

hard not to have an ex chav player in your team considering from the abramovich era onwards they pretty much bought everyone that showed a tiny glimpse of talent.

Colwill ACL

They’re gonna need a CB or maybe Hato gets used there but he’s been playing at LB mostly for Ajax

pointless friendlies and the ACL list is already building up.

Huge blow to Chelsea.

I’d say he’s their most important player after Palmer and Caicedo.

Possibly the first of many Chelsea players breaking down this season.

Maybe Mudryk can help out in the physio room as well as his PT work.

I actually wonder whether Chelsea might swoop for Guehi now. Not sure how he feels about a return but if the bridge wasn’t burned then that’s got to be an attractive option. He’ll start every match when fit at Chelsea whereas at Liverpool he’d be the third man after VVD and Konate.
