Well to be fair to him, Chelsea doesnât have any credible competition for top 4 considering all of standard rivals in City, Newcastle, Spurs, United are struggling. And they are still 6th.
Loads of talent but lacking in athleticism and overall drive. Doesnât have half the mental required for the PL

So where does the project go for them this summer? Seems like the mid season promise (which @Darkseid rightly shat on me for praising lol) has withered away.
Maresca seems pretty one dimensional a coach and the team is just really underwhelming across the board.
Why since 2022/23?
Not showing Cityâs spending?
This club really skirts criticism. I donât care if itâs a young team. They dismantled a squad that was fine to put together this ultra expensive hap-hazard struggle.

According to Romano(who seems to have an open line with their ownership), theyâre planning yet another big summer with lots of outgoings and incomings.
Not sure what that means for Maresca, I donât think his spot will be safe if they donât secure a CL spot, imo.
As long as they keep doing this shit, they will never be a serious side when it comes to challenging for the major trophies. You need some sort of stability and patience, which they lack.
