I’ve got nothing against Jenkinson but he epitomised an Emirates Wenger signing.
He was cheap, not top four quality and because he’s an Arsenal supporter, will placate the fans who were desperate for a genuine top quality signing.
He wrote the most wonderful parting message for Arsenal when he left, from what I remember

He was worth it for the bants with OX alone. Top quality stuff.
His two best performances for us in his career were Bayern Munich in the CL and City in the league or FA Cup.
He was genuinely very good in those two games and for a brief flash it seemed like we had someone who could finally take over from Sagna
