Yeah any kind of testosterone cycle is the foundation of all steroid cycles. So it definitely does.
@Jules I don’t think it’s that he’s fit at 45, I think it’s that he’s absolutely diced to the bone and looks sub 10% body fat. He wasn’t even this lean as a player.
However, I personally do think he’s natural because aside from the incredibly low body fat there’s nothing “enhanced” about his physique. He’s a very lean and athletic guy with crazy strong genetics.
I think it’s pretty easy to make that assumption in a world where things like steroids and SARMs are so easy to obtain and most people want quick results rather than the hard grind.
Plus it’s not like athletes are a beacon of honesty, given pretty much all major sports have drug problems.
The actual fitness world is the complete opposite of this though. It’s all roided beasts saying they got this way naturally by following this fitness plan, eating this meal plan, 8 hr sleep etc etc. It’s all smoke and mirrors and there is absolutely no harm in wanting to know if a physique is achievable naturally or not.
Five subs allowed for the remainder of the season. Probably the right thing to do for the health of players. But rule changes during a season are not supposed to happen imo.
Yeah it’s not ideal having rule changes during a season, but also a pandemic isn’t meant to happen during a season either, so credit to the Bundesliga for being open minded.
