The very fact you can go cool this isn’t down to brexit but something more is truly laughable; however if you want to believe any little problem that happens is brexit that go ahead honestly, but thinks about this for a sec… the vote was nearly 6 years ago, it’s been two years since we officially left… you’d think people would just get over it.
I mean literally everyone is saying that Brexit is a major contributing factor. And others are saying that it isn’t solely Brexit but here you are dismissing what’s been written in plain English by people actually involved in this lol
What?
You’re saying the article suggests this has nothing to do with Brexit. The article does not say this.
Your ploy to validate your stance is amusing. The fact both the articles mentions that the rule change caused a little issue but was managed; but with the sudden uptick of freights and covid caused more problems for them.
Clearly you didn’t read the articles properly, even the article’s were slightly pushing the brexit narrative it ultimately has to concede that other factors are more of a concern.
Stop man, you’re hilarious
You dismissed Brexit as a factor. I merely pointed out that you were wrong to do so. As the bits both of us posted clearly suggest.
Well from a EU point of view loads of small companies within the UK have stopped sending goods to European countries because of extra import taxes and long delays at custom clearance.
I’ve also asked friends to stop sending anything from the UK because it’s not turning up.
There are also countless bands and groups who are also finding it extremely hard to come over to play and all this is because of Brexit and nothing else, so bollox to all this bullshit that finding a report on the Internet saying it isn’t true.
There’s nothing like the absolute truth when every single person you actually talk to saying these are the results of what’s actually happening.
So you blame on the U.K. and not the eu imposing regulations that make more expensive and more difficult for the U.K. to send things to mainland Europe?
Getting work permits is so difficult now huh.
Dude at no point did I say brexit didn’t do anything, I merely stated the fact:
A: the pro eu Twitter blamed brexit and nothing else.
B: provide articles that said nah it’s more than that.
You on the other, first took a small paragraph to prove your point after shifted to:
Clearly shifting your initial stance in bad faith to look right, but whatever I am tired of these pointless back and forth with zealots that can’t let things go.
You really need to stop grasping to find your information of the net. The EU are doing this because the UK wanted to stand alone it’s the consequence of Brexit.
Regarding musicians not getting visas I know what I’m talking about because it’s my business and I know countless people telling me personally the same thing.
Because of Brexit and covid I’m finding it hard to perform in the UK, and because of this my reaction is fuck you then
Wow it’s amazing a country’s people said nah and rejected the idea of the eu, it’s right for the eu to punish them for getting out of line. Very interesting indeed.
I’ve heard about this, again like every other none eu countries if a musician was to go to perform in America wouldn’t they need a visa? Currently isn’t covid causing issues on that front to? Or is it just because brexit being a little closer to home you can fuck you to whatever.
@shamrockgooner i don’t want to carry on our conversation, it’s pointless to have a conversation with a bad faith actor; it’s what you do best and nobody gets anything from it.
You’re absolutely hilarious calling people bad faith actors. That’s pretty much you every post you make around here.
I couldn’t care less if you don’t want to continue, stop responding then. I will equally do as i please.
And I haven’t remotely changed my stance. If you can point to the post where I say Brexit was solely responsible then go for it.
Obviously you haven’t even the ability to understand a sentence, I’m saying fuck you to the UK for making life difficult for me because every other country is fine, not to you.
But you have an inability to understand what someone is trying to tell you what’s happening in real life rather than you finding information on the Internet.
I think most people would converse with you better if you actually had a balanced conversation and saw both sides of a story, but until you can grasp the realities of life carry on taking your ball away and go home.
I was having a conversation with you and telling sham you piss off because he doesn’t try have a conversation, it’s just nothingness or one up man-ship.
clearly you feel aggrieved by the situation, yet your stance is serves the U.K. right for the eu is doing because it’s of what’s happening.
You are telling me your own experience while others haven’t experienced nothing of the such, so should yours hold more weight?
Do I not live in the U.K.? Did I not vote for brexit? Or do you think saying fuck to a country is swearing at a land mass and not a replacement for its people?. Every country is fine… so just saying it makes it so.
I have a lot of conversations with people on a lot o topics, yet have the same dumb back and forth with the same people on everything, regardless of there is some sort of agreement, just because I don’t align with ideologically. Tell me why should I have a balance view while the person I am talking to has a completely one sided take on things? Clearly people on here don’t like anything the oppose their strong held views (mainly left wing) as the enemy. And It’s really rich of you talking about me grasping reality while you issues is solely based on the subjective mess of your own experience.
It’s all you do, even to the point you’d post nonsense unrelated to the topic just because.
The mere fact you questioned me when I said it isn’t, lifted a section saying delays was because of brexit and when I called you out you shifted tone, you can’t gas light me with your bs, people like you are always full of shit when trying to act smart.
Being passive aggressive to every poster that align with you is getting old really quickly and adds to toxicity of this forum that causes people to leave. If you aren’t getting enough emotional validation seek real world help it’s getting tiresome.
Cant believe I missed your post:
The bbc article ready got quotes saying the initial implementation of new guidelines caused a bit of a delay, however it was dealt with; the problem arose with an influx of freights and covid, so saying brexit is a major factor when it was already stated that the initial brexit problem was dealt with would be considered wrong.
The section I posted clearly didn’t just blame Brexit so you’re wrong again.
Again with the pivot. I actually could care a less talking to is a drain because you talk shit and that’s it, you bring no substance and just try frustrate people.
I seriously find it hilarious the accusations you are aiming at me. You’re describing yourself to a T.
At the end of the day the Twitter fucking post is fucking wrong end of conversation, dragging the bullshit is annoying
