We know thats what this is. The point being made is that they’re able to renege on their promise and reintroduce charges because of Brexit. If we were in the EU, they couldn’t do it. What’s hard to understand?

I know we aren’t in the EU, I’ve long since accepted that. That doesn’t mean we all have to shut up about the ways in which Brexit is causing problems. You have no right to expect people to not continue talking about an issue that affects all of our lives.
