I think we have to roll the dice a bit here and rotate fairly heavily, especially up front, due to the injuries. But I don’t want to throw away the match by playing the likes of Cedric or academy kids.
Consistently getting 85 + points in the league and going deep in the CL is what it’s all about if you want to be a big club imo, give yourself a chance to win the big trophies.
The FA cup is nice obviously, the league cup is the league cup, domestic cups are nice but for a top club they are simply an icing on the cake.
If Arsenal really want a grow as a club and become a true giant worldwide, we need to have consistent success in the 2 major competitions.
I’m not worrying about it at all, I was just replying to a post that spoke about us hypothetically winning the EL this season.

Brentford going pretty strong, with 8 of their first choice eleven.
I think we’re probably underdogs to win this to be honest. But a good chance for players like ESR, Kiwior, and Nelson to step up and stake a claim.

I hope Walters gets some time. We could actually need him later in the year if we have defensive injuries.
