Bournemouth vs Arsenal (PL) 2-0

Should be 1-0

Should be losing. Sitter

Playing with 10 men without a player able to break the lines has me feeling very bearish for this game. Hope I’m wrong.

Cala fucking fiori again

Lol still 0-0 only cause Bournemouth are shite

It’s pointless because it’s not the same situation, so using that as your basis for an argument is not really helpful.

I don’t think I see someone go completely clear in their own half and get taken out very often, do you have some examples from today’s games?

They should have scored. This is going to be a long long half.

We just got lucky

I hope every chance Bournemouth gets is Adama Traored today

What the fuck was he doing

If I even speak…

Alright Jose

Too early to say Arteta got the midfield wrong?

F it, man. We can’t be sitting back all half. After all they are Bournemouth. Not fking City. Let’s keep it tight but also try to move forward ourselves.

His best zinchenko impression (again) just without the backlash

You’ll make some over-arching, contrived assessment based on a small amount of evidence?

It’s like we’re playing with 9 men. No outlet other than Havertz.
Trossard has to come off.

Who do we have on bench that can help us in attack?

Havertz not playing well either tbh

I’m not even sure what we’re doing here honestly. We’re not bringing everyone back so we’re getting cut open, but pushing minimal players forward so the attack breaks down constantly.

It’s not the basis of my argument, it’s a supplementary point which shows the ridiculous situation we’d end up in if this logic was used each week. Particularly when distance from goal is one of the official criteria used when deciding if there is a clear goalscoring opportunity.

The basis of my argument is that VAR should never have intervened.

I apologise, I didn’t watch all five 3pm games simultaneously.

It won’t stand out to you because no-one makes anything of it, it’s a quick telling off or yellow card, there’s not a thought in anyone’s mind that it’s a red
