Cyprus.
Beer, wine, fresh bread and olive oil is all my diet asks for.
As a regular vistor to Corfu in the past, I’m rather fond of a Mythos
Just got back from Crete on Thursday about 300 mythos heavier than when I left.
Legendary beverage.
Ah, Crete. The summer of my life. Never forgotten.
You in Cyprus aswell atm?
Close enough.
Halkidiki in Greece.
Enjoy your holiday mate
You too mate
As I can’t drink any alcohol at all anymore due to a huge amount of medication I’m on I came across this beauty on a supermarket shelf and my heart soared.
Is possible to get it in pubs in Ireland @shamrockgooner or does the barman hand it to you under the bar in secret?
I couldn’t tell the difference in taste so I went back and asked the manager to order me two case’s of 36.
It’s pretty good right.
They have it on tap in a load of places now (in Dublin at least) so there isn’t too much shame attached to ordering it.
HNY MFers.
My wife is a member of their wine club.
Apparently, we visited for tastings (Napa) during our honeymoon. I must have been drunk by then, because fucked if I can remember.
Ireland are the absolute goats for giving us Guinness it has to be said @shamrockgooner
About 7 Guinness down and still feel ok a different story if this was lager.
You love to see it
Yeah, but you’ll be shitting bitumen later.
I love a Guinness but can only usually manage 2 or 3 before I start to feel bloated and I’m someone that drinks proper beer, i.e. not lager!
7 pints is impressive!
Even though it’s served cold, I never fancy a Guinness on a nice sunny day. Always been more of a cold weather drink in my head, for some reason.
I can see that reasoning tbf.
I find it difficult to neck a properly carbonated lager, so a cold Guinness in the summer is fine by me. That said, if I’m not in a hurry, an ice cold Pilsner would be my alcoholic beverage of choice in the summer.
