Concerning the Arsenal piece on Ben White, I had to have a look for myself. When I read 2nd and 3rd in the league, my mind lights up. Long story short, I donāt think all the data in that piece is correct.
For example, Ben White is not second in the league for progressive passes amongst CBs.
I told you guys Stones was much better than Holding. I told you Mustafi was going to be trash. I told you Chiellini was still the man and Iām telling you White will prove to be a better signing for us than Varane for United.
Iām willing to put my credibility regarding defenders on the line with this one.

Donāt even go there lol. Stones displaced Laporte last season, established himself firmly as Englandās second best defender after Maguire (who himself rebuilt his reputation after the initial shit show at United) whilst Holding looked every inch the mid / low table CB that he is.

I actually had Maguire down as quite a decent defender from his Leciester days when I watched him play with Evans. By no means 80m but a very good player with a lot of room to grow and improve. I donāt like him as a person but I think heās done really well to come back from an awkward start at United and I think itās only improved his character and concentration. Still much like Stoneās though he isnāt infallible and if I were White Iād be thinking that with this move I could find myself at in the England side if things go well.

Okay cool, Maguires always been good I thought. Always looked the best with an absolute incompetent cb partner in Lindelof and Bailly. Never really had a consistently good Dm infront of him either. Add to that a regressed DDG
