Really interested to see how he adapts compared to the likes of Varane, Konate etc. Knowing the league is a huge advantage for the early days even if people like to under/overstate it’s importance.
Yeah like that simple style with old school canon. I have an old hoodie navy blue with just the canon on it. A small arsenal badge on the side. Class.
This transfer and the Maddison interest is starting to look to me like the dealings of a club who sacked their shooting department and are now relying on a PR firm to conduct their transfer business. Decent enough players but the type of guys a decent shot could find elsewhere for half the fee.
Our transfers this summer so far remind me a lot of the Laca transfer. Made to appease dumb ass sheep fanatics as opposed to actually moving the needle. Of course the caveat always being the needle is stuck in place until dirt pounder # 1 EU is fucked off
