At this point, I wouldn’t be opposed to a switch as it’s obvious Arteta isn’t actively playing to Gyoks strengths. Sesko being younger with the raw base and better ball control would suit Artetas style better. Gyokeres is the finished product and I can’t see him changing much.

I read he had the most shots on target in a single game of any striker in the league this season.

I actually think he’s got a really high ceiling. I think he’s picked a stupid club to join in light of their recent history developing players… but there’s something very refined about the way he plays.

I still wish we signed him instead of Gyokeres. Hes the closest thing to Haaland in terms of the physical profile.
In the end he wasn’t much more expensive than Gyok with a lot more upside. Think it was a difference of about €10m.

Sisqo or Gyok + Eze ?
His movement looked extremely promising. Scored twice and could have scored 3 or 4 in truth. It’s only Burnley would be the negative reading, but there’s certainly something there. Just needs to be pushed around a little bit so he can develop a bit more aggression to his game.
I am sure there’s a better striker in the horizon for Arsenal, if Gyokeres doesn’t work.

He’s got all the tools to be a great striker, just questions about mentality which haven’t really been answered yet.
He definitely is a physical specimen. Checks out why he’s a scouting darling.
Pace, strength, height and a great leap too.
Certainly needs to work on his finishing a lot but as far as having the tools required, he really has it all.
I’m also starting to get the Ibra comparisons seeing more of him, Ibra was on a totally different level of course but I don’t recall the last time I saw a player his size being so technically secure.
We should have signed Sesko! There I said it!
We can still sign him you know. Man Utd may need to cash in on some players come summer.
