I donât think heâs a good manager tbh. Beale and Celtic imploding in the ten in a row season helped him massively.

I donât either. I think time has proven him to be a little uncertain in himself and he doesnât really seem to have much of a plan.
His approach to games is nonsensical, his tinkering is that of a man who isnât confident and doesnât know how to identify his best team and the best setup.
But I do think what he did at Rangers has banked him enough managerial credit + his name and status will mean he lands on his feet

The only reason he won the league at Rangers is because his opposing manager was Neil Lennon. Think heâs rubbish but like Frank name recognition will get him another PL job at some point.
