For me. This is in Arteta. He is not setting this team up for success. He’s playing one way. That isn’t admirable, it’s stubborn and stupid. It’s what Wenger did at the end of his career. He needs to learn to adapt. You don’t have to change everything, but there are areas for improvement in play and team selection.

Don’t know what to say about our centre backs lately. Slow to react to everything. Can’t believe we’re watching the same pair that set up 50 points in 19. Horrific drop off.

This is what irritates me about a lot of modern day management. It’s an idea, and the managers make sure the players live and die by that idea. There never seems to be any real adjustments made by a lot of coaches these days they’ll just try different personnel rather than to switch the approach around.

That’s because we keep slowing it down. Zinny is useless right now. He slows the entire game down when we need 1/2 touch max and need to be looking forward.
