Yeah not gonna lie I also think this sort of carry on is over the top for a win at this stage of the season against spurs.

Gotta act like youâve been there before. Although under Arteta theyâve been so dire for so long its probably a pretty joyous occasion. Still itâs a very small club mentality to be celebrating like that 
I donât really rate the NLD much, but we need this kind of âconvincingâ win for such a long time.
They also need some confidence and morale boost, so I understand.

Thing is weâre not so much better than them that they wouldnât come into the game at some point. We did inevitably tire and they did get a spell or two in the game, but ultimately thatâs why you go hard early and try to take such a handy lead in rollercoaster fixtures like this. They were pretty bad in the first half shape wise but we were extremely clinical too.
Was the Kane chip offside? I donât think they came too close to stealing a point and donât see anything to be disappointed in given theyâre still a quality side with two world class players in their attack. If we were Chelsea then yeah fair enough but weâre on par with these lot. They looked really assured in their first half against Chelsea so having 15 threatening minutes against us was always on the cards. NLD almost always goes down to the wire.
