No, really not.
City didn’t really need to play superbly to deserve to win. They were the poorer of the two in the first half but in the second half they’ve done their job. With the help of the clowns at the back they scored 2 and they actually created a couple other situations where we barely escaped.

Agree with all of that, our inexperience in this position cost us.
I don’t think it’s a deserved result though. The scoreline itself looks like a comfortable win and it was far from that.
We played the better football for more of the 90 mins but lost the game ourselves. City the worst team to make mistakes against and we made at least 3 if not 4 big ones.

Brentford missed their on Saturday. City never. We have issues at the moment.
