Arsenal vs Luton (PL) 2-0

We are back again! Love we are playing every 3 or 4 days now after a terrible few weeks of nothing.

Luton are a well coached side who have a good manager and even with all their injuries I will say it won’t be an easy game for the full 90 but better standard of player will get us the win.

3-0 :red_circle::red_circle:

I don’t want to sound disrespectful to Luton or greedy but I think another thumping win would do us (and our goal difference) the world of good.

My memory is awful but I’m sure I remember Chong and Mpanzu being a pain in the ass last time.

Still been fairly competitive in recent games despite the injuries, early goal for us should mean we go on to a comfortable win but I don’t just expect an easy 4 or 5-0.

5-0, wouldn’t be surprised with an 8.

Embarrassing to see some many here scared of these poor shitters.

I’m going tonight and I’m buzzing for it but I don’t have the best track record at the emirates unfortunately.

I was there for that 2-0 loss against Chelsea where Lukaku basically scored his only goals of the season and then I was there for that disastrous Southampton 3-3.

However I did make it to the game when we beat United 3-1 with Xhaka screamer. And I’ve seen us beat Stoke and Everton there as well.

Cross fingers I finally get to see a proper dominant Arsenal display.

Cristo, you are forbidden from visiting Emirates again if we drop points tonight

It’s a 2+ hour round trip for me so if we drop points tonight I’ll forbid myself from going again

And people think I’m negative?

Anyone genuinely expecting a loss at home against an injury-stricken Luton side is bonkers

Fuck that , we’ll smash them, they’ve a massive injury crisis.

Seems a few of us are there this evening!

I want to see another professional display from us. Doesn’t matter if we play a bottom club with lots of injuries, we still have to do our jobs. I expect some rotation for this one. Would obviously like to see another 5 or 6 goals but in the end, it’s the 3 points that matter, no matter how they come.

COYG!!

Check their voting history and you’ll see a pattern

I don’t think anyone is expecting a loss

When the day eventually comes, there will be a tsunami of “I told you so” from myself and @Flexo

Luton have been hit with some injuries of late and really this is a bonus game for them. I don’t think it’ll be a cake walk but we should be expecting a solid 2-0 at least.

Midnight KO for me and need to be up by 6 ish tomorrow morning. Hope we’re 4-5 goals up by HT so I can get some decent sleep as well.

well, we are not having a competition to see who is the most fucking negative here…

On Upper Street, having my fifth beer of the afternoon and can’t wait to get to the ground

Haven’t been to a league match in about a decade, so it would be rude for the lads to not treat me to a 5-0

You realise that if we score as many goals as you’ve had beers, you’ll have to do it every game. :grinning:
