I find it funny and amusing how rival fans are convinced that we scored in the 98th minute when in fact we scored in the 97th (96:59 to be exact). The celebrations ran into the 98th minute and that is when the ref blew the whistle and every rival fan is thinking we played and scored on the 98th minutes. Ref even gave Bournemouth one last chance to attack when he should have blown the whistle.
And on top of that, they are saying ref kept playing until Arsenal scored… Oh well, there was an instance after that Bournemouth player rolled on the floor for a minute in which Arteta is clearly being told by the 4th official that there will be an extra minute on top of the six. This was decided in the first minute of stoppage time and everyone is acting surprised to why that extra minute got given.
Inject it into my veins. Keep crying rival fans!

What they think is that added time is set in stone, and nothing during that time will extend it.

At least 90 seconds of added time was taken up with an injury to a player, when play re-started the commentator said “6 minutes added but there will be a bit more than that”.
They’re just hurting, they thought they’d stolen their first point from the Emirates despite us battering them for the last 30 mins.
