We’re typically awful at away ground in Europe.
Stadium full of Munich fans is going to add to their edge.
We should’ve killed them last night.
We had 2-3 clear cut opportunities to score and didn’t take them.
And people still think we don’t need a killer upfront?

But this does not in any way excuse the pushing/aggression from the arsenal fans.

Had a bit of time to reflect.
Naiveity, nerves or whatever you want to call it - the first goal is poor. Raya runs out needlessly. Mistake 1. Gabriel still has time to play a short, simple pass to Kiwior but fucks it. Mistake 2. Rice tries to close Goretzka and gets caught off guard by the run. Mistake 3. Gnabry’s shot then squeezes through Raya’s legs. Bad luck. Littany of errors leading to that goal.
Goal 2 is one where somebody just needs to foul the cunt way, way earlier. The defenders collectively shit their pants. Definite penalty but a more composed, experienced team just flattens the fucker before he gets near the box. Easily avoided.
Aside from the chance where they hit the post, they didn’t do much at all in that game from memory. We gifted them opportunities which is so, so uncharacteristic of us. It’s the European anxiety affecting our performance levels.
We go to Germany and it’s basically 0-0. The result from the first leg can be ignored. Becomes a one off, winner takes all at the Allianz. It’s going to be another roller-coaster. Can’t wait.

Sorry but I just can’t stand analysis in an American accent.
Anyway it’d be ridiculous to give a pen for that, even if Bayern did it. Amount of times restarts are stopped for being too quick or ball position slightly wrong etc, piss off. Gabriel always takes our kicks these days.

Yeah I don’t see why some are so worked up. We gifted them 2 goals really but overall showed up quite well.
Imagine a year ago to 18 months being told we’d be 2-2 in a QF with Bayern, it’s not a bad result. People underestimated them on their league form but we saw how effective they can be with their front line.
Absolutely confident we can go to the Allianz and win, if we don’t well no shame and we’ll be back next season trying to go one better.
