Strong team, I expected more rotation.
Or better said didn’t expect Odegaard and ESR to start

That’s quite a strong team. Not that I’m majorly familiar with Sunderland, but I know who their main guys are.
Aside from Elneny, this team looks kinda fun
Is that Odegaard at 8 and Balogun on the wing?
I think so. Balogun has been mainly playing LW with the U23s.
Heh, Gooch.
Cool, type of line up that makes this game mildly exciting
I’m thinking Eddie at LW, no?
A little disappointing not to see 1-2 more youth players on the bench. What is the chance we’re going to need all three of Saka, Martinelli, and Lacazette? Or both Xhaka and Partey?
Could be. Eddie has been playing LW recently so I guess they both can flip between the two positions. Maybe they’ll interchange.
Ok that’s only 1 more player with covid than Saturday and no starting XI Players, hopefully remains similar to that through the festive period.
COYG!
The cup is probably pretty important from Arteta’s point of view.
I’ve lost a lot of belief in Pepe long term at Arsenal, but my mind can always change back and I hope to see a good game from him this evening.
I hope our 72 million quid man can at least look pretty good vs League 1 opposition
Tempting fate.
Bob Holding with hair is weird.
4-1-4-1 my fave formation. Who needs two DM’s.
I’ll have a P, please, Bob
(Wait, that was Bob Holness)
