Arsenal transfers 25/26

By signings they probably mean Ramsdale.

If so, they’d probably prefer we judge them now

We weren’t signing Locatelli, regardless of Xhaka. Only alternative we heard of is Neves. Not sure if they had another name that they kept under wraps. Doubt it personally.

Perhaps we’re just covering our ass so we can sell Xhaka next summer but he’s one player i would have taken a bath on just to get rid. Younger players like Willock, AMN etc you want to stand firm on their price but absolute garbage like Kola, Xhaka, Bellerin, Lacazette you need to just get fucking rid

None of this going to happen.

They’ve already trotted out the trying hard line.:joy::joy:

If Arteta is too blind to see how many points Xhaka has cost the club over the last several seasons, then perhaps, the club medium/longer run is better off if he isn’t making any more decisions after pushing for a new Xhaka deal and overpaying for Mr Tiger Tattoo.

Shame that Kroenke doesn’t understand how many assets that Arteta has either destroyed their value or is grotesquely overpaying for.

Selling Willock for 25 mill is one of the first bits of good news I’ve heard in a while should it eventuate.

As Wenger used to imply; you need to wait for some chips to fall, or a pawn to be taken.

Let’s see if this Messi move creates a chain-reaction.

Hard to judge Arsenal on their transfer dealings when there’s weeks left.

Unless you haven’t followed Arsenal for more than 1 window and realize that the same we tried lines will be trotted out (no value in the market is another favorite).:joy::joy:

Grotesquely overpaying for a mediocre Ramsdale or perhaps a loan is the last of business for Arsenal for this window.

20 is very very low isn’t it? When all the other teams have on an average around 50 G/A contributions from midfield?

I’ll take one Raheem Sterling and Bernardo Silva. Kind Regards, The Great One.

City expecting to raise £160m BEFORE the sale of senior players?

Who the fuck they selling to make that kind of bank if not guys like Bernardo / Sterling / Jesus?

Sure they could sell some u23 players plus then booster the income with sales from mehrez, Bernardo, Jesus, Herrera, maybe ake aswell

City are mad rich, only things stopping them is FFP. Just give them a reason to spend and they’ll do it.

The only true reason they’re selling Bernardo and Jesus is to keep the squad at healthy level to not cause backroom drama.

Read that carefully. “City expecting to raise over £160m through sales”

It doesn’t say sales of players. :poldi:

This is such a load of baloney.

Eh, that hasn’t stopped them. They routinely broke the rules and got away with it.

Yeah, they’ll get an official tea sponsor for 100 million if they have to.

Aouar for £17m is a bargain p/s

Not sure if I can personally justify £70m on Maddison when Aouar is just sitting there!

Although - all dependent on us having other targets to be spent with that budget.

Aouar for £17m and Martinez for £70m - just do it!

They’ll be no bent Gooners on my watch.
