Can’t be compared to Godfrey, Cantwell etc as they all performed much better than he did. Sure he’s young but he’s far from a sure thing, haven’t seen anything to suggest he could be a starter for a top PL team. At this point in time he doesn’t look like he’s ready for the step up.

Lelelelel. Though seriously this dude would be my number one choice, always thought he looked more assured than Upemecano and Konate - Gabriel feels like a CB partnership that could give us hope for the immediate future.
Konate would suit this league and team better. But the last few seasons has shown he’s not reliable injury wise, injured by nigh on 9 months or so last year and keeps getting recurring ones since.
