Villa shouldn’t price him out of a move if there’s respect between both sides. He is way bigger than them and he was the guy who kept them up. They need to rebuild after that shit show of business last summer. Never seen such a waste of transfer funds. Probably worse than QPR and Fulham.

tbf to Villa they are still a prem club, Grealish hasn’t said he wants to leave and is also a guy from the Villa academy, so 80 million is what I would want as well but he’s worth half of that

he’s the kind of player that we need, makes stuff happen and can win games on his own, a better version of Zaha
I feel totally the same, not that I’ve seen Villa much but when I have I’ve never been particularly dazzled by him.
Sure he’s their best player by a margin, but I’ve honestly seen nothing that would suggest he’s a player we should be spending £50m + on.

9/10 he makes the right deceision on the ball and rarely loses it which IMO is the mark of a top player or somone on their way, he creates chances like breathing air (top three in the league) and has now added goals to his game too. Plus he’s hugely versatile, can play out wide, #10 and deeper at CM.
I think it says a lot about a younger player when you’re asked to be the man for a team that’s batting relegation and you come up with the goods.
I think he’s going to get better too espeically when he signes for a bigger club and is coached by coach that’s actually good.
When you watch him he doesn’t necessarily stand out every time but that’s also because he’s tasked with running the show for the team as the primary controller

He’s absolutely what you want in a midfield, a CAM CM hybrid, him and Ceballios with a holding player like Partey behind them would be an absolute dream.

HE seems to play most of his good games on the left wing. In fact nearly all of the time’s he scored or assisted were from the left wing

I’d assume Arsenal are going to have a 2013 transfer summer. One big transfer and a couple of loans and free agents. Not sure I want that one big transfer to be Grealish.

Considering an attacking mid is in dire need.
I honestly don’t know. I think I would be content to a degree with a Coutinho loan and Smith-Rowe as his competition for that position if that means that I don’t have to see Xhaka anymore. Meaning that big transfer is a centre midfielder.
I like Grealish as a player @SRCJJ, but he isn’t worth a penny over 50 million quid IMO.
Grealish’s creative stats are not great so I can’t see him being a replacement for Özil.
