So the media is saying he will be soldi but I imagine he is a player Brugge want to keepi.

Christian, man. What the Falk rumor is that…

Honestly, it does.
It does remind me a bit of Brighton fans telling us White was their 3rd best CB when we bought him off of them.

I really rate him, just will assert that Sangare and Gibbs White are more important to the way Forest play.

A couple trophies this season and the board can sanction a move for Dele Ali for all I care!

Ding ding ding :bellhop_bell:

This is not anything crazy though. It’s like when Arsenal fans tell non-Arsenal fans that Gabriel is more important than Saliba, they (a good number) used to think that you were nuts.

Forest can’t replace Morgan Gibbs White, he’s their difference maker. I’d rather sign Anderson than Gibbs White though.

Leipzig’s Banzuzi.

That’s the guy I want.

Wondering where the quality in ball progression in our midfield is gonna come from though. Just feels like we’re building a workhorse midfield that’ll cover lots of ground and keep the ball safe.

That’s my limited view on Anderson. I’ve not seen anything about him that makes me think he elevates the midfield relative to his cost.

Yeah that’s why I’d rather Tonali of the two, admittedly don’t pay close attention to Anderson though.

If we were talking about bringing 2 CM’s (maybe a merino exit makes space) then I’d be fine with Anderson and a more creative player.

I really like the look on Anderson, but he seems to be a very similar mould to Rice. Personally, I am very willing to get behind a move for Anderson, as I like to have two strong, more defensively minded midfielders within the team. That’s however, is on the proviso that we upgrade our attack with several top quality signings.

Wharton or Tonali would be my choice. Different profiles but Musiala or Rogers would be nice. I had high hopes for Zubimendi adding creativity but I’m not sure this happens now. Partey was more progressive.

Musiala would be the ultimate upgrade at 10. I still see Rogers as a LW option. Both would be excellent signings, as would Tonali. Not sure about Wharton because we already have Zubi, who contrary to what you say, is more progressive than Partey!

There probably are stats to the contrary but when I watched Partey and Jorginho (him more) it just seemed like they broke the lines far more than Zubi. Zubi definitely has a passing range but we rarely see it. It might be easier at Palace, but Wharton seems much more in tune with one touch passing and taking the ball on the half turn.

I’m not saying Wharton is better than Zubi as I do not believe that. Think he’s closer to Jorginho in style.

Tbf, if you’re signing either Anderson or Tonali, you’re not really signing them for their prowess in the final third.
They’re both duel monsters.
The hope of course would be that Arteta unlocks their potential in the final third a la Xhaka, Rice and Zubimendi.

Not expecting tonali to be up there with big numbers tbh but I know the man can ping a ball from deep. Seen him play that cesc ball a fair few times so I’ll make do.

You know well what I want given all choices.
